Meet Our Team
As a Brockton native, Phil has been apart of the local community all his life. His parents started a gift shop in downtown Brockton in 1955, and after graduating college he turned their business into a pawn shop. Phil has centered his business and customer relationships on empathy. He has been a Massachusetts pawnbroker for 30 years, and continues to find ways improve the customer experience and the downtown area.
He is an experienced pawnbroker joining Ideal Jewelry & Loan over 5 years ago. He is GIA certified and has significant experience drawing up loans and evaluating jewelry. Bailey is a Massachusetts native and a huge fan of the Boston Bruins. He is friendly and approachable, and always goes the extra mile for customers.
