Located at 242 Main Street, our physical store location is in the heart of downtown Brockton where we have served the Brockton area since 1955. We began as a family-run gift shop here in Brockton and evolved into pawnbroking services in 1992. Phil Cohen, the founder of Ideal Jewelry and Loan, has deep roots in the City of Brockton. He and his staff have built meaningful connections with members of the community and strive to make a positive impact. Our pawnbroking services are centered on integrity and compassion. Our success depends on yours, after all.

Since 1955, Ideal Jewelry & Loan have been active members of the downtown Brockton community. Beginning as gift shop in the 1950's, we have remained staunch supporters of the downtown area and the surrounding Brockton community. Phil was born and raised in the City of Brockton, and continues to have many personal friends in the community both new and old. We are proudly listed with the Better Business Bureau, members of the South Shore Chamber of Commerce, and active members of the Downtown Brockton Association.
We continue to support and promote re-development efforts in downtown Brockton, MA. We are excited about the future of Brockton and the many exciting projects underway. At Ideal, we are an active participant in downtown area discussions and look for ways to contribute to these efforts.
